Claim Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Accurately and completely submit claims along with all necessary attachments and documentation.

• Efficiently post insurance payments in alignment with the received EOB, ensuring speed and accuracy.

• Proactively follow up on outstanding claims to minimize claim aging.

• Professionally and efficiently manage denials and appeals, interpreting EOBs and rejection codes.

• Collaborate with our software engineering team to offer feedback and suggestions that enhance our internal tools.

• Work collaboratively with colleagues in billing, operations, and client success to provide exceptional service.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience in dental revenue cycle management (RCM), particularly in claims processing.

• Strong familiarity with dental billing software and proficiency with tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, and remote connection software.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, demonstrating professionalism.

• Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.

• A team-oriented mindset and a desire to enhance internal systems and workflows.

• A bachelor's degree is preferred but not mandatory.
