This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Independently manage and oversee claims involving third parties, such as property owners.
• Review incoming claims, assess them legally, and organize them in a structured manner.
• Coordinate communication with claimants, assessors, and opposing attorneys.
• Ensure adherence to internal approval processes and obtain necessary authorizations.
• Promptly initiate and track claims payments, including any potential advances from OXG.
• Prepare recourse claims against general contractors and forward them to the relevant departments.
• Create regular reports on claims, processing statuses, cost developments, and relevant KPIs.
• Collaborate closely with Legal, Customer Service, and Network Deployment teams.
• Establish and maintain transparent case documentation, keeping it up to date.
• Actively contribute to the introduction and development of an AI-supported solution that automates parts of the claims handling process.
• You possess a completed vocational training or degree, such as a paralegal, judicial assistant, insurance specialist, business lawyer, or a similar qualification.
• You have several years of experience in claims management, the insurance sector, or a legal environment.
• Ideally, you have knowledge in claims processing, particularly in liability law.
• You approach complex matters in a structured, solution-oriented manner with a keen eye for detail.
• You communicate confidently and effectively in writing, even when dealing with legal counterparts.
• You work independently, carefully, and responsibly.
• You demonstrate a strong service orientation along with the necessary assertiveness.
• You are proficient in MS Office applications.
• You have an affinity for digital tools and are open to utilizing AI solutions; initial experience with process automation or data structuring is a plus.
