Civil Project Engineer II/III – Renewable Energy Structural Design

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Conduct both routine and intricate designs for steel piles and steel connections.

• Execute both routine and intricate designs for cast-in-place concrete slabs.

• Possess a solid understanding of general renewable energy terminology.

• Support the formulation of project scope, timelines, and budgets.

• Aid in the management of projects and associated tasks.

• Contribute to marketing initiatives and proposal creation.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering is mandatory.

• A Master’s degree is preferred.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in solar structure design is required.

• Possession of a PE License is advantageous.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities are essential.

• Proficiency in structural design software, specifically LPile, Mathcad, and Excel.

• Skilled in using AutoCAD for plan development.

• Experience with Excel/AutoCAD interoperability for creating pile plot plans is a plus.
