This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Interpret, organize, execute, and coordinate various assignments.
• Act as a task manager and technical expert for projects.
• Carry out and guide others in delivering results while following CAD standards, utilizing software, and managing data procedures.
• Maintain and enhance CAD standards and data management protocols.
• Provide recommendations to supervisors.
• Conduct final quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC).
• Oversee tasks to ensure compliance with deadlines and project scope.
• Mentor junior CAD Operators and staff members.
• Offer solutions to unique challenges and advise on areas needing improvement.
• Work autonomously with minimal supervision.
• Implement quality reviews at various project levels.
• Facilitate collaboration among staff and project teams.
• Coach and mentor entry-level CAD personnel.
• Engage with and provide guidance to project teams during regular project meetings.
• Minimum of 12 years of relevant experience.
• Associate Degree from an accredited Technical School or equivalent experience.
• Preferably an Associate’s degree or higher in Drafting.
• Proficient in advanced Civil 3D software.
• Experience with mass grading and linear projects.
• Understanding of project design development, advanced grading tools, corridors, and alignments.
• Ability to remain updated on software changes and provide technical advice.
• Familiarity with CAD standards, software applications, and data management practices.
• Capability to perform analyses independently.
• Experience in executing final QA/QC processes.
• Strong task management skills with a focus on deadlines and project scope.
• Exceptional oral and written communication abilities.
• Valid Driver's License.
