Civil Litigation Attorney

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.

📋 Description

• Manage civil litigation cases

• Perform litigation research and drafting

• Create compelling legal arguments and communications

• Execute tasks with minimal oversight

• Engage in client interactions

• Attend hearings, depositions, and trials

• Collaborate within a national and local law firm setting

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of civil litigation experience

• Must hold a license and be authorized to practice in the State of Oregon

• Exceptional skills in litigation, writing, and persuasive communication

• Strong academic credentials

• Demonstrated research abilities

• Self-motivated individual capable of managing tasks with limited supervision

• Team-oriented mindset

• Trial experience is preferred but not mandatory

• Experience in Employment, Complex Commercial, Construction, Healthcare, Professional Liability, Environmental, Toxic Tort, Product Liability, or General Liability law is encouraged
