This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Formulate persuasive case strategies that effectively address emotional arguments and deliver results.
• Establish a higher benchmark, challenge the status quo, and strive for excellence in all work facets.
• Take charge of court appearances, depositions, motion practice, and trials independently.
• Work collaboratively with attorneys and staff across various experience levels.
• Ensure consistent and professional communication with clients.
• Cultivate and strengthen relationships with both existing and potential clients.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior attorneys, fostering team development and success.
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Active bar license in California.
• 1–8 years of substantial litigation experience, encompassing case strategy, depositions, and trial preparation.
• Capability to independently oversee a complete caseload, from discovery to trial.
• Previous experience in insurance defense is preferred.
• Understanding of litigation timekeeping and billing systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint applications.
• Self-driven with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Outstanding written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Professional demeanor and appearance.
• Annual billable hours bonus starting at $10,000, with an additional $7,500 for each extra tier.
