Civil Engineer, Estimator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Evaluate architectural plans and construction documents to determine project specifications.

• Execute technical take-offs from blueprints and drawings.

• Create comprehensive lists of products and materials, including site furnishings and specialized items.

• Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to acquire pricing and quotations.

• Assist in budgeting and estimating processes for construction projects.

• Ensure organized documentation and tracking of estimates and supplier data.

• Background in construction estimating and quantity take-offs.

• Proficient in reading and interpreting architectural and construction drawings.

• Experience in managing vendor and supplier relationships.

• Proficient in both written and spoken English.
