Civil Attorney – Tourism

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Manage all phases of litigation, from initiation to conclusion (trial/merits, appeals, and enforcement)

• Prepare procedural filings and documents across various complexities (low, medium, and high)

• Oversee and coordinate deadlines and hearings

• Maintain updates in legal case management systems

• Utilize court systems/portals including PJe, e-SAJ, Projudi, and E-proc

• Evaluate cases to formulate technical legal opinions

⛳️ Requirements

• In-depth understanding of civil procedure and consumer law

• Proven experience in updating internal case management systems

• Familiarity with court systems (PJe, e-SAJ, Projudi, E-proc, etc.)

• Competence in analyzing cases and drafting technical legal opinions

• Proficiency in Spanish is an advantage

• Registered with the OAB (Brazilian Bar Association)
