Cinematic Video Editor – Real Estate, Construction

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Transform raw video footage into captivating, professional-quality cinematic productions.

• Deliver approximately 2–3 finished videos daily while upholding consistent quality and creative standards.

• Create engaging property walkthroughs, promotional real estate videos, architectural showcases, and features on construction projects.

• Implement sequencing, transitions, pacing, music integration, and visual storytelling techniques.

• Conduct colour correction and grading to enhance video quality.

• Edit and incorporate drone footage, as well as interior and exterior visuals.

• Adjust editing styles according to project specifications, target audiences, and creative guidance.

• Leverage AI-driven video editing and enhancement tools, particularly Higgsfield.

• Apply AI-assisted effects, enhancements, and visual components while ensuring authenticity and high quality.

• Produce both landscape and vertical videos tailored for various digital platforms.

• Optimise video content for online marketing and social media sharing.

• Ensure audio synchronisation, sound quality, captions, and overall video presentation are up to standard.

• Review finished videos for accuracy, consistency, and adherence to professional standards.

• Manage multiple editing projects while meeting daily production goals and deadlines.

• Keep project files, raw footage, editing assets, and completed works well-organised.

• Promptly address feedback and revision requests.

• Enhance editing workflows, turnaround times, and production efficiency.

• Remain aligned with the company's creative direction and visual standards.

• Contribute innovative ideas and suggestions.

• Collaborate with the team to ensure timely delivery and alignment with production goals.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in video editing or post-production.

• Advanced skills in Final Cut Pro are essential.

• Must have access to a Mac computer that can run Final Cut Pro.

• Strong grasp of cinematic editing, storytelling, transitions, and video composition.

• Proven experience in colour correction and professional colour grading.

• Proficiency in AI-driven video production tools, particularly Higgsfield.

• Solid understanding of audio synchronisation, sound design, music integration, and visual aesthetics.

• Capability to consistently deliver 2–3 finished videos per day without sacrificing quality.

• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.

• Must provide at least three (3) samples of previously created landscape videos showcasing editing skills and creativity.

• Prior experience in editing real estate, property marketing, architectural, or construction-related videos.

• Experience in integrating drone footage into professional video projects.

• Familiarity with motion graphics, captions, sound design, and visual effects.

• Knowledge of additional AI-assisted video editing and content creation tools.

• Experience collaborating with real estate professionals, property developers, builders, contractors, or commercial clients.

• Understanding of social media video formats and digital content requirements.
