• Engage with advanced language models regarding real-world production scenarios and technical inquiries related to video.

• Ensure factual accuracy and maintain creative consistency.

• Document reproducible error traces.

• Propose enhancements for prompt engineering and evaluation metrics.

• Challenge language models in areas such as cinematography, directing, lighting, sound design, editing, visual storytelling, and post-production workflows.

• Record model failure modes to enhance reasoning capabilities and strengthen AI systems.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in cinematography, directing, lighting, sound design, editing, visual storytelling, and post-production workflows.

• Understanding of shot composition, multi-camera production, audio-video synchronization, lighting setups, video compression, content scripting, and broadcast formatting.

• A bachelor's or master's degree in film, media production, communications, or a closely related creative discipline is preferred.

• A professional portfolio showcasing production work.

• Familiarity with software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, and Final Cut Pro.

• Experience in both studio and field production environments.

• Strong metacognitive communication skills and the ability to demonstrate your work clearly.

• Access to a secure computer and high-speed internet connection.

• Geographic location will be a factor in determining the final compensation rate.
