Child Welfare Auditor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Offer specialized knowledge in the aforementioned areas while consulting with agency or organizational personnel on best practices.

• Assist in the creation of tools, reports, and protocols.

• Travel to designated locations to conduct audits.

• Examine policies, training materials, reports, and evidence for various sites.

• Draft audit reports and develop corrective action plans.

• Provide advice and recommendations for enhancing practices.

• Contribute to routine project reporting and support activities related to the project's evaluation, including data collection and ongoing quality improvement initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or Master's in social work, public administration, or a related field.

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.

• Must pass Federal and State criminal background checks (including fingerprints) and Child Protective Services (CPS) clearances from each state of residence over the past five years due to government contract obligations.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in conducting accreditation or licensing audits.

• At least 2 years of experience in child abuse investigations.

• Over 5 years of professional experience in child welfare, including a minimum of 3 years in relevant monitoring, evaluation, and child welfare roles.
