Child Placement Supervisor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.

📋 Description

• Certify, re-certify, and de-certify child residential and foster homes.

• Recruit and retain skilled foster and residential home providers.

• Complete and/or supervise background checks and home studies.

• Ensure that all homes are recertified in a timely manner.

• Close homes when deemed necessary.

• Issue certification, recertification, and de-certification documents to appropriate entities.

• Assess the suitability of potential foster parents or independent contractors.

⛳️ Requirements

• Residency in Colorado is mandatory.

• A Bachelor's degree in social or behavioral sciences with at least 3 years of direct child placement experience, OR a Master's degree in social or behavioral sciences with a minimum of 1 year of direct child placement experience.

• Full compliance with all regulatory standards set by the Colorado State Department of Human Services regarding personnel qualifications for Child Care Facility Licensing is essential.
