This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico, +4 more states.
• Define and drive the strategic development of World Vision’s sponsorship impact intelligence ecosystem.
• Shape the way child and community impact is transformed into engaging sponsor-oriented experiences on a global scale.
• Lead the creation and execution of integrated impact intelligence frameworks that link child sponsorship data, program outcomes, and storytelling.
• Develop scalable, AI-driven engagement experiences across more than 30 markets.
• Collaborate with global marketing teams and internal systems to enhance sponsor engagement, acquisition, and retention.
• Ensure the availability of high-quality data, system readiness, and effective automated storytelling solutions.
• Design registered child and programmatic impact data utilizing customer insights, field innovations, and Support Office requirements.
• Construct modular data-to-story frameworks and a pathway from legacy processes to AI-enabled impact systems.
• Translate indicators into narrative components and facilitate AI-assisted storytelling pipelines along with quality assurance.
• Oversee the collection, validation, and distribution of sponsor-ready impact data.
• Integrate registered-child monitoring with program activity monitoring to present a comprehensive child-in-community impact narrative.
• Lead ongoing enhancements to data quality, systems, and delivery processes.
• Collaborate globally with Support Offices, field teams, marketers, technical teams, and sponsors.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Engineering, Mathematics, International Development, or a related field.
• Over 7 years of experience in data transformation and/or automation, data science, statistics, engineering, or mathematics.
• Practical experience in developing end-to-end data pipelines or automating repetitive data processes.
• Strategic systems thinking within marketing and data ecosystems.
• Experience leading enterprise-scale data, digital transformation, or impact intelligence projects in intricate global organizations.
• Ability to establish strategic frameworks and implement scalable global capabilities.
• Proven track record of influencing senior stakeholders across technical, marketing, product, and operational functions.
• Familiarity with prompt engineering for generative AI, AI output validation and risk management, automated narrative systems, and business analytics.
• Demonstrated experience in applying AI/ML to practical data products or content generation.
• Experience in converting data into emotionally engaging narratives through content strategy or digital storytelling.
• Experience working across diverse cultures and within complex organizational structures.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interdisciplinary improvement and innovation skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to collaborate with technical experts, teams, and marketers.
• Flexibility and readiness to travel in accordance with World Vision policy.
• Knowledge of Child Sponsorship and development programming, ideally with World Vision.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including executive reporting and updates.
• Experience in stakeholder engagement across various cultures, time zones, and organizational levels.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Smartsheet.
• Eligibility for local applicants for one of the specified locations.
• The successful candidate must affirm World Vision’s core documents and adhere to conduct aligned with Christian principles, where legally permissible.
• Preferred experience with Python, SQL, Bash/Shell scripting, Prefect, Luigi, dbt, or cloud services such as AWS.
