Child and Adolescent Therapist – SPACE Certified

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Blackbird Health is seeking SPACE-trained therapists to become part of our expanding team.

• Collaborate with families dealing with separation anxiety, social anxiety, generalized anxiety, OCD, selective mutism, panic disorder, phobias, and ARFID.

• Provide treatment for children and adolescents facing anxiety disorders by engaging with parents and caregivers to modify their behaviors.

⛳️ Requirements

• Valid Pennsylvania license: LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or LSW is required.

• Completion of SPACE training (mandatory) and receipt of official SPACE certification.

• Experience in treating childhood and adolescent anxiety, OCD, or similar conditions.

• Proficient in working mainly with parents and caregivers within a parent-based treatment framework.

• Availability of a minimum of 8 hours per week.

• Ability to create your own consistent weekly schedule.

• Flexibility to manage your pace and caseload.

• Minimum of 1 year of experience with children and adolescent patients or related experience in child development.

• At least 1 year of experience in telehealth or virtual settings.

• Availability after 3pm ET on weekdays and/or weekends.

• A strong commitment to family-centered, high-touch care — recognizing that aiding a parent supports the child.
