Child & Adolescent Therapist – LCSW

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

⛳️ Requirements

• Active LCSW license in Pennsylvania is preferred but not mandatory.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience as an independently Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• Full-time commitment (40 hours per week) during EST hours.

• Experience and willingness to treat patients aged 3 and older are essential.

• Successful completion of the ASWB examination for independent clinical licensure is required.

• Must reside in the U.S. or a U.S. territory.

• Required Clinical Skills: At least 2 years of experience working with children and adolescents following independent licensure.

• Experience in treating Anxiety, Depression, ADHD, Trauma, and Disruptive Behavior Disorders.

• Proficient in diagnosing ADHD across developmental stages, with knowledge of standardized assessment tools and collateral gathering.

• Expertise in evidence-based behavioral treatments for ADHD, including parent management training, organizational skills training, and time-management interventions.

• Capability to coach caregivers and coordinate care with educational institutions and prescribing providers.

• Ability to conduct suicide risk assessments and develop safety plans.

• Preferred (but not required): Familiarity with Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) principles, along with the ability to incorporate relevant skills (e.g., mindfulness, distress tolerance, values-based activation) into treatment when appropriate, and experience in an integrated care setting.
