Child & Adolescent Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oregon.

📋 Description

• Conduct video-based behavioral health assessments with patients.

• Support de-escalation and stabilization efforts.

• Capture any accessible collateral information from other sources via phone or video.

• Evaluate the psychological and psychosocial dimensions of individual relationships to understand a person’s thoughts, feelings, and behaviors.

• Provide written recommendations regarding the next level of assessment or care.

• Ensure documentation is maintained within the partner site’s EMR.

• Create and uphold a therapeutic and safe environment for all individuals.

• Offer observational feedback within a multidisciplinary team framework.

• Keep all necessary certifications and licenses up to date.

⛳️ Requirements

• Certification as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP).

• Clinicians must possess an active state license.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience after obtaining the license.

• Intermediate to advanced proficiency with technology.

• Excellent communication skills.

• A well-established and updated CAQH profile is highly preferred.
