📋 Description

• Direct the formulation and implementation of WES’s technology strategy and operational framework.

• Collaborate with the executive leadership to define and enhance WES’s AI objectives.

• Assemble and manage a high-achieving Technology team.

• Supervise the design and execution of solid technical architectures.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in leading or managing technology operations.

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).

• Demonstrated experience in leading distributed and/or remote teams.

• In-depth understanding of contemporary technology capabilities and trends.
