This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Formulate and implement the overall revenue strategy for the company.
• Take ownership of revenue performance across Marketing, Intake, Sales, and Retention areas.
• Discover new growth opportunities, channels, partnerships, and market segments.
• Lead initiatives for customer acquisition, conversion, expansion, and retention.
• Project revenue and offer strategic insights to the executive team.
• Supervise marketing strategies, campaigns, lead generation, and brand positioning.
• Continuously test and refine messaging, funnels, and customer acquisition channels.
• Foster alignment among marketing, intake, and sales functions.
• Enhance lead conversion throughout the customer journey.
• Set performance metrics, accountability frameworks, and reporting systems.
• Mentor leaders and teams to consistently surpass revenue targets.
• Propel retention, customer success, and lifetime value initiatives.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to influence company strategy.
• Over 10 years of progressive leadership experience in revenue, sales, marketing, or growth roles.
• Proven experience managing multiple revenue-generating departments at once.
• Established history of driving substantial revenue growth.
• Experience leading both marketing and sales teams.
• Deep understanding of customer acquisition, conversion optimization, retention, and revenue operations.
• Proficient in building and scaling systems, teams, and processes.
• Strong financial insight and forecasting abilities.
• Background in coaching, education, consulting, professional services, or membership-based businesses (preferred).
• Knowledge of direct response marketing and digital marketing strategies (preferred).
• Experience in managing remote teams (preferred).
