• Take charge of and expand the global revenue organization at Polygon Labs, encompassing enterprise sales, strategic partnerships, customer growth, and revenue operations, with a focus on fostering sustainable revenue development.
• Develop the commercial strategy and operational framework necessary for efficient revenue scaling, which includes prioritizing Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP), maintaining pricing discipline, ensuring pipeline quality, and creating long-term customer value.
• Create definitive frameworks for ICP prioritization, deal quality, pricing discipline, and commercial decision-making, emphasizing long-term strategic value, sustainable economics, and lasting revenue growth.
• Establish and manage the company's commercial cadence, which includes pipeline governance, forecasting accuracy, deal evaluations, compensation structures, performance management, and executive reporting.
• Collaborate closely with Product and Marketing leadership to convert product strategies into scalable go-to-market actions, drive enterprise adoption, and achieve measurable commercial results.
• Cultivate and mentor senior commercial leaders capable of independently overseeing complex enterprise negotiations, executive stakeholder interactions, and strategic global accounts.
• Integrate AI-enabled workflows throughout the commercial organization to enhance forecasting, deal analysis, account research, pipeline management, and operational efficiency at scale.
• Personally lead critical commercial engagements as needed, including strategic negotiations, executive customer interactions, and intricate enterprise deals.
• Proven experience in building and scaling revenue operating systems within high-growth technology, payments, fintech, or financial infrastructure firms, encompassing forecasting, RevOps, deal governance, and commercial performance oversight.
• Extensive knowledge of blockchain technology and a strong conviction in the transformative potential of on-chain payments for global money movement, with experience in stablecoins, wallets, payment infrastructure, or related ecosystems.
• A successful history of leading complex enterprise sales cycles and commercial negotiations with global entities, particularly within payments, financial infrastructure, fintech, or enterprise technology sectors adopting blockchain solutions.
• Strong commercial acumen with the capacity to weigh short-term revenue opportunities against long-term strategic value and make clear prioritization choices in rapidly changing environments.
• Experience in leading senior commercial teams within founder-led organizations, with the ability to drive alignment, accountability, and execution among high-performing teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
• High level of AI fluency and demonstrated experience in incorporating AI into commercial workflows, operational processes, forecasting, account intelligence, and decision-making within an organization.
