This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take charge of commercial execution in alignment with Omada’s long-term growth objectives, ensuring accountability for immediate performance and sustainable long-term scalability.

• Develop and implement strategies that drive substantial increases in covered lives, enrollment, revenue, and market penetration over time.

• Proactively identify execution risks and formulate contingency plans to maintain momentum amidst changing market conditions, policy developments, or operational assumptions.

• Enhance Omada’s footprint across health plans, PBMs, employers, Medicare, government, health systems, and other vital growth channels.

• Lead payer and employer sales independently to consistently meet and surpass ambitious enrollment and revenue targets.

• Innovate new channels, business models, and growth avenues to expedite Omada’s scale and market presence.

• Oversee the commercial strategy aimed at broadening access through Medicare and other strategically significant channels.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 15 years of commercial leadership experience, showcasing the ability to scale organizations through significant growth rather than merely incremental advancements.

• Proven background in healthcare, digital health, or health services where clinical outcomes are closely linked to commercial success.

• Established track record in payer and employer sales, including Medicare and large self-insured accounts, with a history of navigating market expansion that relies on regulatory factors.

• Experience in building commercial organizations from early-stage to large-scale, not just managing established teams.

• Background in overseeing complex, multi-year commercial transformations where initial decisions significantly influence long-term outcomes.
