This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +12 more states.
• Formulate and implement the comprehensive revenue strategy for the company.
• Manage marketing strategies, lead generation efforts, brand positioning, and evaluate campaign effectiveness.
• Propel initiatives focused on customer acquisition, conversion, expansion, and retention.
• Mentor leaders and teams to consistently surpass performance objectives.
• Partner with executive leadership on strategic planning and growth initiatives.
• Over 15 years of advancing leadership experience in revenue, sales, marketing, or growth-oriented roles.
• Executive-level accountability for both Sales and Marketing divisions.
• Demonstrated history of facilitating substantial revenue growth.
• Experience in managing multiple revenue-generating divisions concurrently.
• In-depth knowledge of customer acquisition, conversion optimization, retention, and revenue operations.
• Background in founder-led, mid-market organizations within the $10M–$50M revenue range.
