• 12-15+ years of experience in operational leadership.

• 3-5 years specifically in scaling a digital health or telehealth startup.

• Proven experience collaborating with technical teams (product, data, engineering).

• Knowledge of contemporary healthcare friction points.

• Strong financial acumen.

• Demonstrated extreme ownership and a high level of work ethic.
