Chief Operating Officer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Turkey.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the company's operational activities, overseeing all aspects of our products from start to finish.

• Implement our operating model with well-defined roles, responsibilities, teams, and processes.

• Recruit efficiently while maintaining high standards, managing teams at scale.

• Oversee expenditures related to SaaS, AI, and cloud services.

• Ensure rigorous delivery for key client interactions.

• Enhance our internal operations utilizing AI, skill sets, and automation.

• Lead the operational leadership team, establishing roles or processes as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• You have experience managing operations in a dynamic, high-growth technology or SaaS setting.

• You possess both hands-on and strategic capabilities.

• You are straightforward and hold individuals accountable.

• You are currently leveraging AI for operational efficiency.

• You may have created or managed your own venture, or held a COO / Head of Operations / senior operational role in a rapidly scaling organization.
