• Oversee the sales operational rhythm - Create and manage the cadence of business activities, including pipeline assessments, forecasting discussions, quarterly business reviews, staff meetings, and sales retreats, ensuring that each is well-prepared, focused on decision-making, and successfully executed.
• Enhance pipeline transparency and forecasting - Develop and sustain the reporting, dashboards, and analyses that provide leadership with a clear and accurate perspective on pipeline status, forecast reliability, and team performance.
• Manage sales enablement - Create and develop the presentations, one-pagers, and narratives used by the team in essential customer meetings, ensuring that representatives have the necessary resources to succeed.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration - Serve as the link between Sales and Marketing, Customer Engineering, Product, and Finance, fostering alignment on transitions, product launches, and collective go-to-market priorities.
• Tackle complex challenges - Utilize rigorous analytical frameworks to address ambiguous issues such as segmentation, territory strategies, pricing considerations, and win/loss assessments, transforming data and qualitative insights into actionable strategies.
• Assist in key recruitment and onboarding - Collaborate on attracting, interviewing, and onboarding talent across the sales organization to quickly identify and ramp up top performers.
• Prepare materials for executive-level presentations - Develop strategic documents and internal communications that convey the sales function to the executive leadership team.

• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in creating models, pipeline analyses, and strategic frameworks from the ground up.
• An execution-focused mentality: you follow through, maintain timelines, and accomplish tasks independently.
