Chief of Staff – Middle East

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Arab Emirates (UAE).

📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with the General Manager on strategic initiatives, revenue operations, and regional planning.

• Take charge of forecasting, pipeline management, and capacity planning for the Middle East team.

• Assist and facilitate the execution of complex deals.

• Participate in Account Executive interviews and customer meetings, representing the General Manager as needed.

• Oversee intricate calendars, coordinate across time zones, and manage various projects.

• Ensure the team adheres to company processes and follows through on commitments.

• Proactively identify and address operational challenges before they become significant issues.

• Leverage AI tools to automate processes, enhance efficiency, and amplify impact.

• Manage sensitive issues with confidentiality and serve as a trusted partner throughout the organization.

⛳️ Requirements

• Located in Singapore, aligned with the team's time zone.

• Previous experience in consulting, investment/private banking, revenue operations, or within a high-growth startup go-to-market environment.

• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

• Proficiency in Arabic is highly preferred.

• Comfortable working with clients, spreadsheets, and Salesforce dashboards.

• Possess genuine commercial instincts.

• Strong enthusiasm for AI technologies.

• Demonstrate a low ego while taking high ownership of tasks.
