This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as a strategic collaborator, trusted advisor, and operational enhancer for Sonatype’s Go-To-Market (GTM) executive team.
• Align strategic goals and facilitate cross-functional execution among Marketing, Product, and Sales teams.
• Oversee the GTM operational rhythm, ensuring that leadership's vision is transformed into quantifiable business growth.
• Establish, oversee, and continuously refine the operational rhythm within the Marketing, Sales, and Product divisions.
• Propel the execution of critical cross-functional strategic initiatives.
• 6+ years of overall experience in rapidly growing B2B SaaS settings, with a minimum of 2+ years in a Chief of Staff, Strategy/Operations, Sales Ops, or Management Consulting position.
• Profound knowledge of software GTM frameworks, Pipeline Mechanics, Sales stages, Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), and marketing conversion funnels.
• Outstanding organizational abilities with a proven history of guiding complex, ambiguous projects from conception to completion.
• Capacity to foster strong relationships, navigate corporate dynamics, and influence senior leaders across various functions without direct authority.
• Strong aptitude for transforming raw data into strategic stories, complemented by exceptional slide-building and presentation design skills.
