Chief of Staff – Finance Super App

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hong Kong.

📋 Description

• Lead the strategic implementation of initiatives associated with the finance super app priorities.

• Develop and oversee the operating rhythm, including OKRs, leadership updates, decision tracking, and accountability.

• Manage significant workstreams spanning product, engineering, licensing, market expansion, partnerships, finance, and operations.

• Create clear decision memos, board and leadership materials, execution plans, and performance assessments.

• Recognize gaps, risks, and dependencies before they escalate into significant obstacles.

• Assist leadership in making more precise trade-offs concerning personnel, capital, product, and market priorities.

• Take ownership of special projects that necessitate senior-level judgment and cross-functional authority.

• Proven operator with a track record of driving strategic execution across various teams.

• Exceptional judgment, communication, prioritization, and follow-through skills.

• Capable of collaborating with founders, CEOs, leadership teams, and senior external stakeholders, and comfortable navigating ambiguity with minimal guidance.

• Ability to transition from high-level strategy to detailed execution while maintaining quality.

• Strong writing, business analysis, and problem-solving capabilities.

• Experience in startups, consulting, strategy, operations, fintech, financial services, or regional expansion is highly advantageous.
