Chief of Staff – Finance Super App

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.

📋 Description

• Lead the strategic implementation of initiatives within the finance super app framework.

• Establish and oversee the operational cadence, including OKRs, leadership updates, decision tracking, and accountability measures.

• Facilitate major workstreams across product development, engineering, licensing, market expansion, partnerships, finance, and operations.

• Create succinct decision memos, board and leadership presentations, execution plans, and performance assessments.

• Proactively identify gaps, risks, and dependencies before they escalate into significant obstacles.

• Assist leadership in making more informed trade-offs concerning personnel, capital, product, and market priorities.

• Manage special projects that necessitate senior-level judgment and cross-functional authority.

• Proven operator with a track record of driving strategic execution across various teams.

• Exceptional judgment, communication, prioritization, and follow-through abilities.

• Capable of collaborating with founders, CEOs, leadership teams, and senior external stakeholders; comfortable navigating ambiguity with minimal guidance.

• Proficient in transitioning from high-level strategy to detailed execution without sacrificing quality.

• Strong writing, business analysis, and problem-solving capabilities.

• Background in startups, consulting, strategy, operations, fintech, financial services, or regional expansion is highly advantageous.
