Chief of Staff – Finance Super App

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Lead the strategic implementation of priorities for the finance super app.

• Develop and oversee the operating rhythm, establish OKRs, provide leadership updates, and track decisions and accountability.

• Facilitate coordination of key workstreams across product, engineering, licensing, market expansion, partnerships, finance, and operations.

• Create succinct decision memos, board and leadership materials, execution plans, and performance evaluations.

• Spot gaps, risks, and dependencies before they escalate into significant obstacles.

• Assist leadership in making more precise trade-offs regarding personnel, capital, product, and market priorities.

• Manage special projects that necessitate senior-level judgment and cross-functional authority.

• Proven operator with a track record of driving strategic execution across diverse teams.

• Exceptional judgment, communication skills, prioritization abilities, and follow-through.

• Capable of engaging with founders, CEOs, leadership teams, and senior external stakeholders.

• Comfortable navigating ambiguity with minimal guidance.

• Proficient in transitioning from high-level strategy to detailed execution without compromising quality.

• Strong writing, business analysis, and problem-solving abilities.

• Experience in startups, consulting, strategy, operations, fintech, financial services, or regional expansion is highly advantageous.
