• Cross-functional leaders and external collaborators rely on the Ads organization to be prepared and in alignment.

• Priority initiatives within the Ads organization are delivered on schedule and create a significant impact.

• Budget visibility throughout the Ads organization is consistent and dependable.

• The General Manager is functioning as a more effective leader.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in consulting, corporate technology, or advertising/media, with significant exposure to executive audiences.

• Strong foundation in digital advertising, retail media, or related sectors.

• High emotional intelligence with a proven track record of establishing trusted advisor relationships with senior executives.

• Exceptional analytical skills.

• Proven project management abilities: overseeing multiple high-stakes workstreams at the same time.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
