This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with the Chief Commercialization Officer, serving as a strategic advisor within the commercial organization.

• Propel the execution of strategic priorities and transformation initiatives.

• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration across business development, licensing, partnerships, and venture activities.

• Oversee intricate, organization-wide projects involving multiple stakeholders.

• Create executive-level presentations, board materials, and strategic communications.

• Establish and maintain operating rhythms, governance processes, and leadership forums.

• Monitor KPIs, milestones, and organizational performance metrics to ensure accountability.

• Identify operational gaps, risks, and opportunities while proactively driving solutions.

• Act as a vital liaison among leadership, scientific stakeholders, and external partners.

• Assist in organizational design, process optimization, and scaling initiatives.


⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree is required; an MBA or other advanced degree is preferred.

• Over 10 years of experience supporting C-suite leadership in commercialization, strategy, R&D, or similar roles.

• More than 7 years of experience leading senior teams and managing complex initiatives.

• Executive-level communication skills with the capability to create high-impact presentations and materials.

• Proven track record in managing cross-functional projects within highly matrixed environments.

• Strong organizational, strategic thinking, and project management skills.

• Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and foster alignment.

• Experience in process improvement, operational scaling, and performance tracking.

• A high degree of discretion, business acumen, and interpersonal effectiveness.

• Financial acumen, including experience with budgets and business modeling.
