This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oregon.
• Act as a strategic collaborator and execution leader for the SVP, Regional Sales & Client Management, and the SVP, National Accounts Sales & Client Management.
• Align key priorities, propel essential business initiatives, and enhance leadership effectiveness throughout the organization.
• Offer strategic insights, manage performance reporting, and oversee KPI management.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives and cultivate a team of Impact Managers focused on vital business priorities.
• Play a pivotal role in shaping and scaling the Employee Benefits sales and client management organization.
• Assist in creating alignment, clarity, and execution discipline during a significant period of transition and transformation.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for planning meetings, leadership events, and team engagement activities.
• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is required.
• An MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
• Typically requires over 10 years of experience in strategy, business operations, sales operations, consulting, transformation, or related leadership roles.
• Proven experience in leading large-scale, cross-functional initiatives within a complex, matrixed environment.
• Demonstrated success in partnering with senior executives to drive strategic priorities and achieve business outcomes.
• Experience in leading and developing teams.
• Ability to build trust, navigate ambiguity, and influence effectively without formal authority.
• Strong analytical, communication, and executive presentation skills.
• Experience in Employee Benefits, insurance, or financial services is preferred.
• Prior experience as a Chief of Staff, in strategy, consulting, or enterprise transformation is preferred.
