This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate with the CEO and executive leadership team to guide the annual strategic planning process, quarterly OKR updates, and organization-wide business reviews.
• Oversee and direct cross-functional strategic initiatives, ensuring timely execution and accountability.
• Facilitate strategic decision-making by utilizing data-driven analysis and structured frameworks.
• Convert strategic priorities into clear execution plans with established success metrics.
• Act as a thought partner to the CEO, assisting in prioritizing initiatives, managing time, and enhancing communication.
• Anticipate the CEO’s needs by proactively identifying priorities, decisions, and necessary information for effective leadership.
• Prepare executive presentations, board materials, investor updates, and internal communications.
• Manage executive communications while ensuring message consistency across both internal and external audiences.
• Provide support for M&A and other corporate development initiatives as required.
• Oversee the company’s operational cadence, including leadership meetings, company-wide Tag-Ups, quarterly planning, and board preparation.
• Develop frameworks to track the performance of strategic initiatives and ensure accountability across teams.
• Implement tools and dashboards to enhance visibility into progress on OKRs and operational KPIs.
• Foster alignment and follow-through across departments, proactively identifying blockers and escalating risks.
• Recognize and resolve operational inefficiencies that impede execution and growth.
• Promote Seeq’s culture by exemplifying values of transparency, cross-functional collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Act as a connector among teams to ensure efficient communication and clear decision cascades.
• Serve as a confidential sounding board and proxy for the CEO when appropriate.
• Over 8 years of experience in strategy, operations, or executive leadership roles within rapidly growing B2B SaaS companies.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex initiatives and influence senior stakeholders, including the CEO and Board.
• Outstanding communication, analytical, and organizational capabilities.
• High emotional intelligence and executive presence, with the ability to influence without formal authority.
• Comfortable operating in ambiguous situations and adept at transitioning seamlessly between strategy and execution.
• Experience in scaling organizations during significant growth phases (e.g., from $100M to $250M ARR).
• Experience supporting a CEO or executive team in a high-visibility role.
• An MBA or advanced business education is preferred.
