This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +3 more states.
• Serve as the primary strategic advisor and operational thought partner to the CCO.
• Develop and refine commercial strategies, operational rhythms, and long-term growth initiatives.
• Ensure alignment between revenue goals and the overarching strategic priorities of the enterprise.
• Create and manage systems to monitor commercial performance, pipeline health, forecasting rigor, and execution effectiveness.
• Identify underlying causes of revenue shortfalls or execution failures and implement corrective measures.
• Collaborate with RevOps and Finance to enhance forecasting accuracy and operational visibility.
• Act as a liaison between Commercial, Product, Finance, Strategy, and Operations teams.
• Facilitate alignment on go-to-market strategies, customer segmentation, pricing strategies, and partnership approaches.
• Proactively identify complex commercial risks and opportunities.
• Provide clarity regarding roles, accountability, and decision-making across the revenue organization.
• Oversee the structure of strategic leadership meetings (Revenue LT, QBRs, planning sessions).
• 10+ years of experience in senior operations, consulting, revenue strategy, business operations, or Chief of Staff roles within high-growth SaaS or technology companies.
• Proven track record of successfully supporting C-level executives in scaling commercial organizations.
• Strong understanding of commercial concepts (pipeline management, sales productivity, go-to-market strategy, revenue forecasting).
• Demonstrated ability to drive strategic initiatives across multiple functions.
• Outstanding structured problem-solving abilities and executive communication skills.
• High level of executive presence, sound judgment, and the capacity to influence without direct authority.
• Extensive experience with OKR frameworks, operational cadences, and strategic planning processes.
• Bachelor’s degree is required; an MBA or equivalent experience is highly preferred.
