This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +3 more states.
β’ Serve as the primary strategic advisor and operational thought partner to the CCO.
β’ Develop and refine the commercial strategy, operating rhythms, and long-term growth initiatives.
β’ Ensure that revenue objectives are aligned with the enterprise's strategic priorities.
β’ Create and manage systems to monitor commercial performance, pipeline health, forecasting accuracy, and execution effectiveness.
β’ Identify the underlying causes of revenue shortfalls or execution failures and implement corrective measures.
β’ Collaborate with RevOps and Finance to enhance forecasting precision and operational visibility.
β’ Act as the link between Commercial, Product, Finance, Strategy, and Operations.
β’ Facilitate alignment on go-to-market motions, customer segmentation, pricing strategies, and partnership approaches.
β’ Anticipate and highlight complex commercial risks and opportunities.
β’ Foster clarity in roles, accountability, and decision-making within the revenue organization.
β’ Oversee the strategic leadership meeting framework (Revenue LT, QBRs, planning sessions).
β’ Over 10 years of experience in senior operations, consulting, revenue strategy, business operations, or Chief of Staff roles within high-growth SaaS or technology firms.
β’ Proven track record of supporting C-level executives in scaling commercial teams.
β’ Strong understanding of commercial concepts (pipeline management, sales productivity, go-to-market strategy, revenue forecasting).
β’ Demonstrated ability to drive cross-functional strategic initiatives successfully.
β’ Exceptional skills in structured problem-solving and executive-level communication.
β’ High level of executive presence, sound judgment, and the capability to influence without direct authority.
β’ Extensive experience with OKR frameworks, operating cadences, and strategic planning processes.
β’ A Bachelor's degree is required; an MBA or equivalent experience is highly preferred.
