This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Operate the CT operating system.
β’ Provide CT leadership with real-time insights.
β’ Take ownership of OKRs and improvement initiatives.
β’ Serve as a liaison between CT and Marketing.
β’ Predict needs before they escalate to urgency.
β’ Manage significant events.
β’ 5β8 years of experience in roles that demand both operational discipline and content or enablement judgment β including strategy & operations at a rapidly growing B2B company, customer success operations, RevOps, or enablement leadership within healthcare technology.
β’ Experience building something from the ground up β whether it's a team function, an information system, or an operating rhythm.
β’ Knowledgeable about health system sales cycles and the intricacies of enterprise post-sale relationships.
β’ Excellent written communication skills.
β’ Operationally proficient in the most fundamental sense.
