This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Collaborate with the CEO to ensure effective communication, implementation, tracking, and delivery of the strategy.
• Lead annual and quarterly strategic planning cycles, including the preparation of materials, monitoring the execution of key deliverables, facilitating offsite meetings, and proactively identifying opportunities and risks.
• Monitor performance against key metrics and OKRs, aiding in the achievement of all targets.
• Transform data and performance metrics into clear insights and recommendations for the CEO.
• Spearhead and execute priority strategic initiatives, encompassing new function development, product innovation, channel growth, market expansion, and AI-driven results delivery.
• Collaborate closely with leadership team members responsible for other key strategic initiatives to ensure effective cross-functional cooperation and visibility of progress and emerging issues for the CEO.
• Facilitate the translation of AI initiatives into measurable and cost-effective business performance enhancements while ensuring robust governance of AI tools, workflows, and investments in both the US and EU.
• Establish and lead the Product function across three primary pillars: (i) Product Strategy & Insights, (ii) Research & Development, and (iii) Go To Market.
• Identify significant market, consumer, competitor, and health trends through primary and secondary research and leverage these insights to formulate and refine Primal Harvest’s product strategy.
• Guide an internal and external R&D team in developing effective, high NPS, margin-enhancing products tailored to local regulations in the US and EU markets.
• Oversee the Go To Market (GTM) process from product strategy through launch and post-launch evaluations, ensuring seamless collaboration among all internal and external stakeholders.
• Assist the CEO in ensuring that company priorities are effectively executed by the leadership team and organization, promptly identifying, escalating, and resolving any issues or roadblocks.
• Manage the leadership operating rhythm to ensure appropriate meetings occur with the right individuals and information at the right times, eliminating bottlenecks and escalating issues as necessary.
• Explore opportunities to improve and adapt the operating model as the business evolves over time.
• Drive culture-enhancing initiatives, including employee surveys, all-hands meetings, and events.
• Support board and investor preparation by providing materials, insights, and key narratives.
• Ensure alignment among US and European teams around shared priorities, tools, and working methods while maintaining effective communication practices to consistently achieve aligned results.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in consulting, investment, startups, or high-growth companies.
• Strong business insight with a solid understanding of DTC/eCommerce models.
• Highly organized with exceptional project management and execution capabilities.
• Analytical mindset with the capacity to convert data into actionable strategies.
• Experience with AI, data, or technical teams; ability to translate business challenges into AI-enabled solutions.
• Familiarity with implementing tools, automation, or data-driven workflows (AI/ML knowledge is a significant advantage).
• Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong ownership mentality and a proactive approach to action.
• Comfortable working in dynamic environments that are subject to change.
