This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

• Collaborate directly with the CEO.

• Transform the CEO's top priorities into actionable plans and measurable outcomes.

• Leverage data and financial analysis to refine decision-making and enhance performance.

• Develop improved workflows, dashboards, and simple tools utilizing AI.

• Lead projects across operations, finance, and product sectors.

• Eliminate obstacles and ensure team accountability.

• Prepare decision memos.

• Establish an operational rhythm that propels the business forward.

• Contribute to shaping the company's scaling strategy.

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience in a healthcare organization.

• Significant ownership in strategy, BizOps, finance, product, or operations.

• Proficient in SQL/Python, workflow automation, or advanced financial modeling and investment analysis.

• Proven track record of delivering cross-functional projects and taking on increased responsibility.

• Strong academic background, including a completed bachelor's degree.

• Excellent writing skills with the ability to simplify complex problems into practical recommendations.

• Experience with a growing healthcare business, health plans, Medicare/Medicaid, or value-based care.
