Chief of Staff

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Belgium.

📋 Description

• Create and manage a unified Hub roadmap that spans all squads

• Foster the Hub’s operating rhythm, design cadence, and promote an async-first writing culture

• Prepare communications for leadership and the Board

• Facilitate cross-squad product and operational decision-making

• Collaborate with the Hub lead on strategic initiatives

• Assist with recruitment efforts downstream

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience in positions that demand senior judgment in ambiguous situations

• Proven experience working across various teams or workstreams

• Strong emphasis on written communication as a primary mode of operation

• Exceptional ability to collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, and marketing teams

• Regular user of AI-enhanced workflows

• Comfortable serving as a senior individual contributor and thought partner to other leaders

• Proficient in English, both in written and verbal communication.
