📋 Description

• **Responsibilities**

• **Strategic Planning & Operating Cadence**

• Lead the annual and quarterly planning processes, converting leadership priorities into actionable initiatives, objectives, and execution plans.

• Develop leadership agendas and establish meeting and operational rhythms, including preparation materials, notes, and follow-up actions.

• Organize and carry out quarterly business reviews, strategy sessions, and offsite meetings, which includes creating materials and tracking outcomes.

• Maintain decision logs, action trackers, and ownership alignment to ensure accountability in addressing leadership priorities.

• **Cross-Functional Execution & Program Management**

• Propel cross-functional initiatives involving development, engineering, operations, and commercial teams.

• Create and sustain integrated initiative trackers (milestones, dependencies, risks, decisions, and owners).

• Actively identify bottlenecks and implement resolution plans with designated owners and timelines.

• **Performance Management, Reporting & Analytics**

• Collaborate with functional leaders to define and uphold KPIs, dashboards, and performance tracking tools.

• Generate weekly and monthly executive updates, business reviews, and materials suitable for leadership and board presentations.

• Perform targeted analyses (portfolio prioritization, resource planning, scenario modeling) and convert findings into clear recommendations and decision frameworks.

• **Stakeholder Alignment & Executive Communications**

• Act as a central liaison among teams to synchronize priorities, timelines, and deliverables.

• Facilitate cross-functional communications, ensuring consistent messaging and timely escalation of issues.

• Represent senior leadership in meetings as necessary, documenting outcomes and ensuring clear action on next steps.

• Create executive-level communications, presentations, and briefing materials for both internal and external stakeholders.

• **Governance, Risk & Decision Support**

• Keep decision logs, risk/issue registers, and action trackers updated with clear ownership and deadlines.

• Ensure that materials are comprehensive, accurate, and ready for decision-making by leadership.

• **Organization Enablement & Operational Improvement**

• Assist in organizational scaling through clarity in operating models, role definitions, and onboarding coordination.

• Lead process improvement initiatives, which include standardizing reporting, meeting governance, and documentation practices.


⛳️ Requirements

• **Requirements**

• A Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.

• Over 8 years of experience in energy, infrastructure, corporate strategy, consulting, or program management.

• Proven experience in supporting senior executives and leading cross-functional initiatives within a matrixed environment.

• Strong grasp of energy, power, or infrastructure business models and their lifecycle from development to operations.

• Demonstrated capability to drive execution across cross-functional teams and manage complex, multi-threaded initiatives.

• Strong program management skills, which include the ability to build trackers, dashboards, and structured reporting outputs.

• Strategic and analytical skills to distill complex inputs into clear recommendations and materials suitable for executives.

• Financial and commercial insight to support business cases, prioritization, and trade-off decisions.

• Outstanding communication skills, including the ability to draft executive communications and facilitate discussions at the senior level.
