Chief of Staff

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• You will be the strategic core of my operation, essentially an extension of my thoughts.

• Proactively identifies issues — you recognize potential problems before they escalate.

• Develops systems — from recruiting to operations and processes, you create them from the ground up.

• Conducts research & makes decisions — you uncover best practices and implement them, so I don't have to search.

• Generates output through leverage — you enhance my capacity to think, decide, and create.

• The Executive Assistant executes tasks, while you ensure that all elements facilitating execution are in place.

• You design the strategy, and they implement it.

• Your achievements will be gauged by the leverage you create, rather than merely the tasks you finish.

⛳️ Requirements

• Availability of 10+ hours daily.

• Commitment of 6-7 days per week.

• Extremely quick — you respond promptly, follow up efficiently, and close loops rapidly.

• Proficient in AI tools — you utilize ChatGPT, Claude, Poppy, Notion, Claude Code, agents, automations, or any resources that enhance your speed tenfold.

• Passionate about systems — you thrive on creating order from chaos through Notion dashboards, hiring pipelines, travel systems, reminders, SOPs, and AI workflows.

• A blend of humor and high competency — you can share jokes, engage in deep brainstorming, and execute tasks with exceptional proficiency.

• High energy levels — you thrive on momentum and are invigorated rather than intimidated by fast-paced entrepreneurial dynamics.

• Architect of life — your role goes beyond booking flights; you contribute to designing a more interesting and remarkable life.

• Skilled at talent evaluation — you assist in screening operators, growth individuals, agencies, and contractors, protecting me from those who may seem competent but are not.
