This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Arab Emirates (UAE).

📋 Description

• Developing and managing cross-functional strategic projects, overseeing their execution from start to finish.

• Staying attuned to performance metrics: analyzing the underlying factors, establishing a routine reporting process, and spearheading strategic transformation initiatives.

• Collaborating across the organization to create impact and resolve intricate challenges.

• Preparing the CEO thoroughly for meetings with regulators, investors, board members, and employee groups.

• Creating and distributing significant company communications.

• Acting as a representative of the CEO within the organization and at key forums.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in premier investment banking or consulting firms, preferably with a growth-stage company in technology or regulated financial services.

• Highly analytical, with a proven history of achieving results through influence and consensus-building.

• Capable of managing multiple high-value and complex projects concurrently.

• A proactive self-starter who takes initiative to achieve significant impact and resolve complex issues.

• A strong project manager and operator, well-organized and dedicated to optimizing processes.

• An exceptional communicator and stakeholder manager, able to constructively challenge colleagues.

• Willingness to travel relatively frequently.
