This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Act as a strategic partner to the President of the RIA division, responsible for facilitating enterprise execution across M&A, oversight of the investment platform, and enhancing organizational effectiveness.
• Convert RIA priorities into actionable strategies; drive cross-functional execution and accountability within leadership teams.
• Assist the CEO with the deal pipeline: sourcing, due diligence, negotiations, and execution.
• Lead post-acquisition integration and manage relationships with principals of acquired firms to ensure retention and performance.
• Provide governance throughout manager selection, due diligence processes, and portfolio construction.
• Collaborate with investment leadership on the evolution of the platform, including alternative investments and ultra-high-net-worth solutions.
• Enhance leadership effectiveness, team performance, and address key HR-related escalations.
• Ensure compliance with SEC requirements and enterprise risk standards.
• Contribute to the assets under management (AUM) growth strategy across advisor channels and regions.
• Act as the primary escalation point to Osaic for deal execution and major initiatives, ensuring alignment and proactively eliminating barriers to delivery.
• A Bachelor's degree and an Advanced degree are mandatory.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Capability to manage multiple tasks and effectively communicate progress.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficient in standard office software; openness to learning financial planning tools.
• Professional demeanor and a client-first mindset.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
• Experience in financial services or client service roles is preferred.
