This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
• Enhance the CEO's effectiveness by managing the CEO support function comprehensively.
• Eliminate operational inefficiencies to ensure the CEO dedicates time to high-impact activities, while ensuring priorities are executed across the organization.
• Recruit and supervise the CEO's executive and personal assistant(s).
• Develop AI infrastructure that provides the CEO with enhanced capabilities: personal agents, workflow automations, and internal tools.
• Relieve the CEO of significant operational and administrative responsibilities (such as inbox triage, scheduling priorities, and follow-through) to allow a focus on strategy and product development.
• Ensure that no tasks are overlooked.
• Facilitate seamless communication of context to all necessary parties.
• Maintain a direct feedback loop to gather insights from the team, partners, clients, and prospects.
• Prepare the CEO for meetings and decision-making by collecting context, drafting documents, and pre-evaluating options, ensuring that time spent in meetings is focused on decisions rather than updates.
• Step in to support specialized, high-priority projects wherever additional leverage is required by the company.
• 2 to 6 years of experience in a dynamic operating, strategy, consulting, banking, or analytical role.
• Technical expertise.
• Fluency in English.
