Chief of Staff

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Identify discrepancies between strategy and execution; formulate structured recommendations.

• Lead or co-lead special initiatives on behalf of the CEO.

• Transform complex information into decision-ready memos and presentations.

• Manage the CEO's operational rhythm and ensure a focus on high-leverage tasks.

• Oversee cross-functional project management for initiatives spanning multiple departments.

• Design and enhance internal processes.

• Prepare and facilitate meetings for the leadership team.

• Collaborate with the CEO to create materials for board meetings.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of professional experience.

• At least 2 years in management consulting (MBB or similar) or investment banking/private equity.

• Bachelor's degree from a prestigious institution; MBA or advanced degree highly preferred.

• Proven ability to drive complex, ambiguous projects to completion with measurable results.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.

• Strong analytical skills, including the ability to build financial models, synthesize data, and derive strategic insights.
