Chief of Staff

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Serve as the right hand to the CEO and act as a force multiplier.

• Convert strategy into actionable steps and facilitate the CEO’s workflow.

• Assist with both outbound and inbound sales initiatives, including deal preparation.

• Contribute to defining and communicating Eddi’s narrative across multiple platforms.

• Take ownership of high-priority, cross-functional projects that do not align neatly with a single function.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience collaborating with government agencies, school districts, or other publicly funded entities.

• Understanding of public-sector decision-making processes, procurement, budgeting, and accountability measures.

• Additional qualifications for experience in edtech, govtech, SaaS startups, consulting, or direct engagement with founders or executives.
