📋 Description

• Drive Commercial Priorities: Collaborate with the CBO to establish and implement the organization’s partnership and supply strategy, spearheading special projects that connect departments, from RevOps to Finance, while ensuring precision in complex deal structuring and economics.

• Build the Cross-Functional Bridge: Navigate through new and expanding teams to identify where finance, legal, or product support is necessary to enhance deal velocity and operational efficiency.

• Be the Flywheel of Accountability: Act as the central point between the CBO and his leadership team, ensuring that strategic decisions flow seamlessly throughout the organization, bridging communication gaps, and holding teams accountable as we scale.

• Prep the CBO for High-Stakes Moments: Develop sharp, data-informed materials for Board meetings, investor updates, and partner reviews, and conduct thorough analyses of our commercial architecture to provide recommendations that influence strategy.

• Extend the CBO’s Reach: Function as a trusted representative in meetings where the CBO is occupied, advance priorities autonomously, and take ownership of the research and preparation that fuels ELT meetings.

⛳️ Requirements

• The Archetype: A combination of operator, strategist, and proxy who flourishes in a dynamic, multi-product environment where accuracy is as important as speed.

• Experienced Executor: Over 8 years of experience in high-growth tech, strategy consulting, or fast-paced commercial operations. Experience in Fintech, Travel-tech, or B2B SaaS is advantageous.

• High EQ, Low Ego: Possess the emotional intelligence to manage a diverse range of stakeholders and the humility to prioritize the company’s success above all.

• Master Communicator: You translate intricate commercial and legal concepts into engaging narratives. You excel both in detailed project tracking, dashboards, and quota configuration, as well as in overarching strategic discussions.
