Chief of Staff

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.

📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with the General Manager on strategic initiatives, revenue operations, and regional planning.

• Take ownership of forecasting, pipeline management, and capacity planning for the APAC team.

• Assist in coordinating and executing complex deals.

• Attend Account Executive interviews and customer meetings, representing the General Manager when necessary.

• Oversee intricate calendar management, cross-timezone coordination, and project oversight.

• Ensure team alignment with company procedures and follow through on commitments.

• Proactively identify and address operational issues before they escalate.

• Leverage AI tools to automate processes, enhance efficiency, and amplify your impact.

• Manage sensitive issues with discretion and serve as a trusted partner throughout the organization.

• Possess a low ego, a strong sense of ownership, and a willingness to tackle any task.

• Be intelligent, organized, and practical, with authentic commercial instincts.

• Comfortable interacting with customers while also being adept with spreadsheets or Salesforce dashboards.

• Have a passion for AI and enthusiasm for being part of a category-defining company.

• Reside in Singapore, aligning with the team's timezone.

• Previous experience in consulting, investment/private banking, RevOps, or a high-growth startup Go-To-Market environment.

• Proficient in English (both written and spoken); fluency in Japanese, Korean, or Mandarin is highly preferred.
