This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the primary strategic advisor to the President, guiding structured problem-solving on complex, high-impact issues such as AI investment sequencing and the trade-offs between platform and feature decisions.
• Take ownership of the financial operations within the President’s organization, overseeing budget performance, forecasting, resource distribution, and prioritizing investments, while making and recommending resource decisions based on Revenue Per Employee (RPE) and other efficiency metrics.
• Propel the organization’s operational rhythm by managing strategic planning cycles (both quarterly and annual), conducting roadmap reviews, KPI assessments, business reviews for key investments, and delivering executive updates.
• Conduct in-depth analyses of business performance, extracting insights from product adoption, retention, monetization, competitive landscape, and roadmap ROI to guide executive trade-off discussions and investment choices.
• Monitor and facilitate critical cross-functional initiatives across Product Management, Design, Engineering, Product Marketing, and AI Platform teams, proactively identifying and resolving misalignments before they escalate into execution risks.
• Develop clear, data-driven narratives and strategic recommendations for the executive team and Board, creating concise written and visual materials that convert complex analyses into actionable insights.
• Act as the eyes and ears for the Senior Leadership team regarding organizational health, monitoring morale, engagement, attrition, and unspoken feedback, and formulating engagement action plans based on data.
• Advise leadership on organizational design, change management, headcount planning, and communication strategies, ensuring coherence between organizational capacity and strategic goals.
• You possess 8 to 12+ years of experience in a mix of top-tier management consulting (such as McKinsey, BCG, Bain, or equivalent), product strategy, business operations, or strategy and operations positions within a high-growth or large-scale technology company.
• You have demonstrated financial proficiency, with experience overseeing or significantly impacting budget management, resource allocation, forecasting, financial modeling, or P&L-related decisions.
• You have a proven ability to work closely with senior executives, influencing at the C-level, and gaining the trust necessary to operate with authority on behalf of senior leaders.
• You seamlessly transition between quantitative analysis, qualitative research, and strategic synthesis, evaluating multiple and diverse data sources to make data-informed, high-impact recommendations.
• You possess a strong executive presence and communicate strategically, able to articulate vision, simplify complex ideas, connect work to overarching goals, and provide constructive challenges in high-stakes situations.
• You promote cross-functional collaboration and adeptly navigate complex stakeholder relationships, building trust and fostering alignment among teams with competing priorities.
• You exhibit sound judgment, discretion, and resilience, managing challenging situations and difficult conversations with professionalism while remaining calm and composed under pressure.
• You have experience working within complex, matrixed technology organizations and possess knowledge of organizational design, change management, or large-scale transformation initiatives.
