This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

• Deliver high-quality integrated care via video consultations, team collaboration, and asynchronous communication methods.
• Serve as the clinical executive voice, ensuring that technology, data, and clinical workflows work harmoniously to facilitate outstanding virtual care.
• Influence the development of our Epic-based platform, digital health tools, analytics, and the responsible integration of emerging technologies like artificial intelligence.
• Engage in our Virtual Patient-Centered Medical Home established on Epic, providing connected care for patients and partners while emphasizing continuity.
• Diagnose and manage a variety of acute and chronic conditions, promote health and prevention, and collaborate with other healthcare teams in an integrated practice.
• MD or DO with board certification in a primary care specialty; board certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine–Pediatrics (Med-Peds) is highly preferred.
• Preferred training and/or board certification in lifestyle medicine or obesity medicine.
• Possession of an active, unrestricted medical license (with support from Ovatient to acquire licenses in Ohio, South Carolina, and additional states as needed).
• A minimum of 5 years post-residency clinical experience in primary care, complex care, weight management, or chronic care management.
• Proven experience and expertise in telemedicine and virtual care, with the ability to incorporate behavioral health as a fundamental part of your practice.
• Demonstrated background in clinical informatics, EHR optimization, or physician leadership in technology initiatives; formal informatics training such as board certification in Clinical Informatics, an informatics fellowship, or an advanced degree in biomedical informatics or a related field is strongly preferred.
• Significant experience with Epic as an informatics leader is preferred; Epic Physician Builder certification or relevant hands-on configuration experience is a plus.
• Required familiarity with digital health tools, remote patient monitoring, and patient engagement platforms such as MyChart.
• Profound understanding of clinical data, quality measurement, and analytics, with the capacity to convert data into actionable clinical and operational improvements.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities, along with the executive presence to represent clinical informatics at leadership levels and with clients.
• Strong proficiency and comfort in utilizing technology to support virtual care delivery in remote settings, coordinating with in-person care environments.
• A passion for evidence-based, patient-centered care with an eagerness to explore innovative care models.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while balancing clinical and administrative duties.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required.
